Members - 20th May update on playing under Covid-19 restrictions

After a week or so in operation, we now have an even better understanding of our booking system working in practice and so can make the following amendments for play from Monday 25th May onward...

• We can now allow members to play one 18-hole round on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday (5 day members) as well as Saturday and Sunday (7 day members) - you can, of course, still book for 9 holes on these days if you want to.

• Tuesday and Thursday play will be limited to 9 hole rounds only and there will be dedicated slots for Pay and Play Visitors (8:40 -9:30 in the mornings and 3:00 to 3:50 in the afternoons) - Members may book any slot outside of these times .

• You must book on using the club booking system, call the club number (01274 771716) between 12 noon and 2 pm Monday to Friday.

• You may bring one Guest as your playing partner at any time...please agree arrangements to pay your Guest's Green Fee with the Comp Sec when booking as cash cannot be accepted. The Green Fees for Members' Guests are £5 for 9 holes, £10 for 18 holes.

• You must book at least one day in advance so we can adhere to the Government guidance on track and trace.

• You can book as many times as required on one phone call up to one week in advance.

• You must book for the Weekend and Monday tee-times by Friday of the previous week.

• N.B. Bookings will not be changed on the day

Do not turn up and expect to be able to play if you have not booked on, even if times are available, this would breach the Government Guidance on track and trace
